Tiffany & Co. presenta il Bronze Eroded Penny Vessel e la collana HardWear, collaborazione artistica con Daniel Arsham

“Trasformare un simbolo iconico in un oggetto completamente nuovo”

La collezione HardWear ha in sé la forza della sua città, New York. La collana è il suo pezzo più iconico che la Maison ha declinato in diverse varianti e che oggi, proseguendo la collaborazione con l’artista contemporaneo Daniel Arsham (iniziata nel 2021) la presenta in edizione limitata, parte di 39 sculture (realizzate a mano e rifinite con cura presso l’Arsham Studio di New York), di cui è parte il Bronze Eroded Penny Vessel, un oggetto quotidiano elevato a simbolo di fortuna, lusso e arte esprimendo l’estetica distintiva dell’artista: le “reliquie del futuro”.

In bronzo patinato e impreziosito da elementi in cristallo lucidato, è ispirato al restyling del 1885 del Great Seal degli Stati Uniti firmato Tiffany, e allo Study of the Eroded Penny di Arsham del 2013, ed è racchiuso in una cassa da trasporto artistica personalizzata Tiffany Blue® con dettagli in metallo. Un’elegante Tiffany Blue Box® contiene guanti bianchi co-branded per maneggiare l’opera con la massima cura.

La collana HardWear firmata Tiffany & Arsham Studio, che reinterpreta in chiave contemporanea un celebre design Tiffany & Co.® del 1971, oggi parte degli Archivi della Maison, è in oro bianco e impreziosita da oltre 1.000 diamanti per un totale di oltre 6 ct e da più di 500 tsavoriti (omaggio al colore simbolo dell’Arsham Studio) per un totale di oltre 3 ct.

Tiffany & Co.: the Bronze Eroded Penny Vessel and the HardWear necklace resulting from the artistic collaboration with Daniel Arsham

“Transforming an iconic symbol into a completely new object.”

The HardWear collection has in it the power of its city, New York. The necklace is its most iconic piece that the Maison has declined in several variations and today, continuing its collaboration with contemporary artist Daniel Arsham (which began in 2021) presents it in a limited edition, part of 39 sculptures (handcrafted and carefully finished at the Arsham Studio in New York), of which the Bronze Eroded Penny Vessel is a part, an everyday object elevated to a symbol of luck, luxury and art expressing the artist’s distinctive aesthetic: the “relics of the future.” Made of patinated bronze and embellished with polished crystal elements, it is inspired by the 1885 restyling of Tiffany’s signature Great Seal of the United States, and Arsham’s 2013 Study of the Eroded Penny, and is encased in a custom Tiffany Blue® artistic carrying case with metal details. An elegant Tiffany Blue Box® contains co-branded white gloves to handle the work with the utmost care.

Tiffany & Arsham Studio’s signature HardWear necklace, a contemporary reinterpretation of a famous 1971 Tiffany & Co.® design now part of the Maison’s Archives, is made of white gold and embellished with more than 1,000 diamonds totaling more than 6 ct. and more than 500 tsavorites (a tribute to Arsham Studio’s signature color) totaling more than 3 ct.
