Oltre 2,3 milioni di Euro di fatturato, una media dell’80% dei lotti venduti e una rivalutazione dei prezzi di partenza del 177%. Sono i numeri che hanno segnato l’asta autunnale dedicata all’Antico.

Dal 28 al 31 ottobre 2025 hanno tenuto banco objets de vertu, dipinti antichi, arredi e argenti, in sei tornate che hanno attirato collezionisti e appassionati, come tre rare “snuff box” francesi in oro cesellato e smalti policromi, realizzate tra Sei e Settecento dai celebri maestri orafi Gabriel-Raoul Morel, Barthélémy Pilleux e Jean-François Delanoy, la piccola specchiera napoletana in tartaruga “piqué” e oro della bottega di Gennaro Sarao, come pure la cornice trapanese del XVII secolo in corallo e rame dorato.

The treasures of ancient art attract enthusiasts and collectors

Over €2.3 million in turnover, an average of 80% of lots sold, and a 177% revaluation of starting prices. These are the figures that marked the autumn auction dedicated to antiques.

From October 28 to 31, 2025, objets de vertu, antique paintings, furnishings, and silverware took center stage in six auction rounds that attracted collectors and enthusiasts, such as three rare French snuff boxes in chiseled gold and polychrome enamels, made between the 17th and 18th centuries by the famous master goldsmiths Gabriel-Raoul Morel, Barthélémy Pilleux, and Jean-François Delanoy; a small Neapolitan mirror in piqué tortoiseshell and gold from the workshop of Gennaro Sarao; and a 17th-century frame from Trapani in coral and gilded copper.
