Più che un evento, un’occasione per scoprire l’arte orafa contemporanea

Lui è cool hunting, art direction e branding con una passione particolare per la creatività che in veste di jewellery design ha condensato nella collezione gender free “V Prisma”, un’ode alla contemporaneità – in argento ghiacciato, rutenio, o bagno oro 18 kt -, il cui tratto trascende la funzione ornamentale per diventare narrazioni simboliche tra eleganza e innovazione.
L’occasione per raccontare di questo suo nuovo lavoro sarà l’incontro che si terrà il 7 e l’8 giugno 2025, presso la boutique COI Italian & Gold, a Ponte Vecchio 18, dove gli ospiti saranno parte di un dialogo tra passato, presente e futuro che celebra l’identità personale e l’evoluzione spirituale attraverso i gioielli di Cosimo Vinci, che pienamente abbracciano il concetto di “Archeologia del futuro”.

Perché Firenze? Beh, innanzitutto perché Firenze è la patria della gioielleria, e perchéCosimo Vinci è profondamente legato alla città, culla del Rinascimento e simbolo della maestria artigianale. È qui che presso la scuola Le Arti Orafe ha affinato le sue competenze orafe, ed è sempre qui che ha completato la sua formazione accademica con una laurea in Storia dell’Arte presso il DAMS.
Un luogo di eccellenza che si è rivelato cruciale nella sua formazione artistica. Con quella esperienza Cosimo Vinci ha arricchito il suo bagaglio culturale e artistico per approcciarsi poi al design, che la collezione V Prisma rappresenta.
Dopo il felice debutto della prima collezione di gioielli in argento all’evento internazionale Inhorgenta, a Monaco di Baviera, è ora la volta della collezione V Prisma che il designer ha descritto affermando: “Ogni gioiello della collezione V Prisma non è solo un accessorio, ma una storia che connette le radici culturali con la modernità. È un invito a riscoprire sé stessi attraverso l’arte e il design”.
La sviluppata in cinque linee, ognuna caratterizzata da una particolare visione:

V Prisma One: una collana talismano, simbolo di luce e unicità, che guida chi la indossa verso la realizzazione personale.

V Prisma Pardàlide: un bracciale ispirato al potere e al mistero – la chiusura innovativa riflette la natura trasformativa di chi lo indossa.

V Prisma Square: set di gioielli realizzati con materiali preziosi e geometrie frattali che celebrano la resilienza e l’evoluzione.

V Prisma Octagon: anelli e bracciali ispirati al simbolismo dell’ottagono del Battistero di San Giovanni e che incarnano energia e rinnovamento.

V Prisma Fides: anelli ispirati alla dea romana della fedeltà che evocano l’infinito e simboleggiano legami eterni.

Cosimo Vinci, chose Florence for the presentation of his new collection V Prisma
An emotional and spiritual journey that invites to discover contemporary goldsmith art

He is cool hunting, art direction and branding with a special passion for creativity, which as a jewellery designer he has condensed into the “V Prisma” collection, an ode to contemporaneity in iced silver and ruthenium with 18 kt gold bath, between elegance and innovation, a trait that transcends ornamental function to become symbolic narratives.
The occasion to tell about his new work will be the meeting to be held on June 7 and 8, 2025, at the COI Italian & Gold boutique, at Ponte Vecchio 18, where guests will feel part of a dialogue between past, present and future that celebrates personal identity and spiritual evolution through Cosimo Vinci’s jewelry, which fully embraces the concept of “Archaeology of the Future.”
Why Florence? Well, first of all, because Florence is the home of jewelry, and because Cosimo Vinci is deeply connected to the city, cradle of the Renaissance and symbol of craftsmanship. It is here that at the school Le Arti Orafe he honed his goldsmithing skills, and it is also here that he completed his academic training with a degree in Art History at DAMS.

A place of excellence that proved crucial in the artistic training of Cosimo Vinci, who made this experience his cultural and artistic background to approach the design that V Prisma collection represents.
After the successful debut of the first silver jewelry collection at the international event Inhorgenta, in Munich, it is now the turn of the V Prisma collection.
“Each piece of jewelry in the V Prisma collection is not just an accessory, but a story that connects cultural roots with modernity,” says the designer. “It is an invitation to rediscover oneself through art and design.”
It is developed into five lines, each characterized by a particular vision:
V Prisma One: talisman necklace, a symbol of light and uniqueness, guiding the wearer toward personal fulfillment.
V Prisma Pardàlide: bracelet inspired by power and mystery-the innovative clasp reflects the transformative nature of the wearer.
V Prisma Square: jewelry made with precious materials and fractal geometries that celebrate resilience and evolution.
V Prisma Octagon: rings and bracelets inspired by the symbolism of the octagon of St. John’s Baptistery, embodying energy and renewal.
V Prism Fides: rings inspired by the Roman goddess of fidelity. They evoke infinity and symbolize eternal bonds.
